Sarah is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist having practiced since 2009, is a qualified and experienced counselling supervisor, providing supervision for counsellors and for other professional and charitable roles. Sarah’s practice includes debriefing for those serving in NGO roles.
Sarah is an experienced educator of counselling and has been involved with the development of counselling education in Cambodia, and delivers bespoke training to organisations on a range of counselling topics.
Sarah has had several articles published in professional counselling journals and has developed The Wellbeing Zone, which offers a compassionate holistic trauma informed approach to facilitate understanding in how humanity instinctively responds to life’s challenges and traumatic events, alongside the consideration of what would be helpful to nurture wellbeing and future flourishing.

Sarah’s practice is based in central London in Harley Street and Sarah also works online using Zoom.

What happens in the first session?
In your first session at Sarah starts by helping you feel relaxed and at ease. Sarah will invite you to give an overview of what is bringing you to counselling. Sarah will listen carefully, asking questions that enable understanding to your unique situation, and give you space to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what you hope to get from counselling, and Sarah will explain how the process works. Nothing is rushed – the goal is for you to feel respected and safe right from the start.
Sarah welcomes people of all backgrounds and works respectfully with people of all faiths and none.
Do you offer sessions online?
Yes, Sarah offers online sessions as well as face-to-face appointments for clients in London and across the surrounding region. Sarah offers a free 30 minute initial telephone consultation to discern if working together would be a good fit for you. We will discuss how we will meet, either by face-to-face and/or by Zoom

What are your fees?
Sarah's practice has a sliding fee scale to enable access to therapeutic services. Sarah charges between £65 and £85 for a 50 minutes session depending on household income.
